             I own and manage ten single family homes in Gainesville.  Scroll down and click on each to see details, photos and maps. These cute, clean houses are rented with one year leases usually beginning August 1st and ending July 31st. 
            The houses are located in quiet residential neighborhoods within biking distance to UF campus.  All of the houses have central heat and air, washers and dryers, ceiling fans, blinds and newer appliances.  All are non-smoking houses.  Small pets are OK for some houses.  A pet fee is charged.
            Continue to check this web site for updates.  Signing a lease now guarantees you a house you'll enjoy next fall.
            You are welcome to drive by and look at the houses, but please do not knock on the doors or wander into yards.  The houses are occupied and the tenants' privacy needs to be respected.  Showings are easily arranged upon request.
